I did a draw last night. I’d like to play around some more and figure out a digital painting style I enjoy doing and enjoy the look of.
Maybe that’s too much to ask. It’s not like every part of the work process is enjoyable. That even goes for my beloved writing.
But that’s okay. It’s worth the work. Polishing something to the point you feel good about putting it up for sale is okay. Drawing a thing just because you want to draw it is also okay.
Knowing you did the best you could at the time is important too. We’re always growing. The more we do something, the better we get.
I want to do more of these. Right now Nova has a lonely portrait, but I want to make more for my other characters, because why not?
